Product Introduction

FRP storage tanks have corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high strength, light weight, impermeability, thermal insulation, insulation, easy molding, convenient maintenance, long service life, and strong designability (different resin materials can be selected to improve the corrosion resistance, heat resistance, antistatic properties, and flame retardancy of FRP storage tanks; different fiber layering and layering angles can be used to change the strength in different directions). Horizontal storage tanks generally use saddle supports (composed of base plates, web plates, stiffeners, and bottom plates).

Introduction to FRP Storage Tank Production

The production is carried out through the winding molding process. The winding molding process uses glass fiber yarn and resin as raw materials. Through a winding machine, the impregnated fibers are wound onto a rotating mold at a designed Angle and tension, and then cured and demolded to form storage tanks. This craft product features high strength, dense structure and corrosion resistance.

1. Strong corrosion resistance: It can resist the erosion of various chemical media such as acids, alkalis and salts, and is suitable for complex and harsh working conditions.

1. Chemical industry: It is used for storing acid, alkali, salt solutions and various organic solvents, such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid storage tanks, and is suitable for the storage requirements of corrosive media in chemical production.

2. Environmental protection field: As sedimentation tanks, chemical storage tanks in sewage treatment, or supporting containers in waste gas treatment systems, it can withstand the long-term erosion of sewage and chemicals.

3. Petrochemical field: It is used for storing crude oil, lubricating oil, petrochemical intermediates, etc. It has the advantages of both oil resistance and light weight, which is convenient for the site layout of oil fields and refineries.

4. Food and pharmaceutical industry: Customizable storage tanks that meet hygiene standards are available for storing food raw materials (such as syrup and fruit juice) and pharmaceutical intermediates. The inner walls are smooth and easy to clean, with no risk of metal ion leaching.

Structural Characteristics 

The saddle base is composed of the base plate, web plate, reinforcing ribs, etc. The number of supports can be increased according to the length of the tank body to evenly distribute the force and avoid deformation of the tank. Buffer and anti-slip pads are provided at the support positions, suitable for use in vibration conditions. The tank body is reserved with multiple sets of inlet and outlet ports, as well as sewage outlets. The horizontal structure can completely empty the internal medium without any residual accumulation.
