Performance characteristics
Excellent corrosion resistance: Made of high-strength glass fiber and corrosion-resistant resin, it can resist the erosion of harmful substances in acid rain, seawater, industrial waste gas, etc., without the need for additional anti-corrosion treatment. It is suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical plants and coastal areas.
Strong anti-aging ability: By adding ultraviolet absorbers or stabilizers, it can effectively resist ultraviolet radiation, and has a low coefficient of thermal expansion. Lightweight and high strength: Its weight is only about 1/4 of that of steel purlins, but its tensile strength is ≥300MPa. It is easy to install, can reduce structural load, and is also convenient for transportation.

Production process
The pultrusion molding process is usually adopted. Glass fiber and resin are scientifically proportioning and go through processes such as impregnation, pultrusion, high-temperature curing, and cutting to form purlins with specific shapes and sizes. The product surface is smooth and flat, free of cracks and bubbles, and can ensure dimensional stability and mechanical properties meeting standards.
