It adopts an ultra-large vertical integrated winding structure, specifically designed for large-tonnage, large-capacity, and project-level storage. The vertical layout of the tank body greatly saves the occupied area of the factory site, suitable for万吨-level centralized storage of materials, centralized water supply, and centralized storage of chemical solutions. The entire structure is formed as a whole without any joints, with high overall rigidity, no deformation, and no leakage. It supports outdoor year-round open-air storage and all-weather operation. Structural Characteristics
The large storage tanks adopt thickened skirt base and circumferential strengthening structure. The bottom load-bearing part has been strengthened through mechanics, capable of withstanding the super-large medium self-weight pressure. The tank body adopts multi-layer composite winding structure (anti-corrosion inner lining layer, high-strength structural layer, weather-resistant outer protection layer), with double-axis strength enhancement in circumferential and longitudinal directions. It has excellent wind pressure resistance, earthquake resistance and settlement resistance performance. It supports ground-mounted, semi-buried and fully-buried large-scale construction and installation. The top is equipped with large-scale maintenance manholes, equipment platforms, safety guardrails, breathing valves, liquid level instrument interfaces, fully meeting the safety acceptance standards of large factories. There is no welding or metal contact throughout, and the overall integrity is far superior to the assembled tank bodies.
Focus on performance
The large-capacity design ensures strong carrying capacity and enables stable and long-term storage of large quantities of liquid media. The overall anti-corrosion performance is stable, and it is not affected by outdoor exposure to sunlight, rain, snow, or moisture erosion. It has an extremely long maintenance-free period. The tank body is lightweight, significantly reducing the cost of civil engineering foundations, and the investment for large-scale infrastructure is lower. The sealing performance is excellent, with zero leakage, zero pollution, and no scaling during long-term liquid storage. Its weather resistance and anti-aging properties are suitable for the long-term service requirements of large-scale projects, and the service life can reach over 30 years.
